10.3 AMC Exclusions

11. Customer Responsibilities

As a customer, you agree to:

• Provide clear access to installation or service areas
• Remove obstacles that may hinder work
• Protect valuable items near work areas
• Ensure adequate electrical power and water supply
• Secure pets during service visits

11.2 Information Accuracy

• Provide accurate information about your property and requirements
• Disclose any existing issues with electrical or plumbing systems
• Inform us of any special conditions or restrictions

11.3 Safety and Compliance

• Comply with all safety instructions provided by our technicians
• Not interfere with work being performed
